1. General Provisions
1.1 - Acceptance
The buyer declares having read the terms and conditions of sale before placing an order and having accepted them without reservation. Any order constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale in effect.
1.2 - Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale establish the contractual conditions exclusively applicable to any purchase made on our website by any buyer having consumer status.

1.5 - Modification of Terms and Conditions
IFAC reserves the right to modify its terms and conditions of sale at any time. The applicable terms and conditions are those in effect on the date of the buyer's order. However, IFAC reserves the right to modify one or more clauses of the terms and conditions after the order by sending a simple written notice to the consumer, provided that this consumer, duly informed, has not expressed disagreement within seven days.
2. Orders
2.1 - Binding Nature of the Order
Online registration and ordering constitutes a firm and binding commitment of the parties, subject to refusal of the order by IFAC expressed within 10 days of online registration.
2.2 - Workshop Availability
Workshops are offered subject to availability, with a limit of eight participants. IFAC reserves the right to register a ninth and tenth person on a waiting list. If no places are available on the dates requested by the client, or if a minimum of four participants is not reached on those dates, IFAC will propose two new workshop dates.
2.3 - Conditions for Workshop Completion
Workshops will be held provided that a minimum of four participants is reached five days before the workshop date. Otherwise, the participant will be offered to defer their workshop to a later date, or failing agreement, the participant may obtain a refund if the new proposed dates are not accepted by the client.
2.4 - Order Modification
Order modification by the buyer: As orders are final and irrevocable, any request for order modification (date, availability, etc.) by the buyer is subject to acceptance by IFAC.
Order modification by IFAC: IFAC undertakes to deliver a workshop in accordance with the descriptions. However, it may make modifications to the workshop that are related to the technical evolution of equipment.
2.5 - Order Validity
The buyer who wishes to purchase a workshop must:
- Complete the identification form providing all requested details;
- Accept the terms and conditions of sale;
- Validate the order after reviewing it;
- Make the payment under the specified conditions;
Order confirmation entails acceptance of these terms of sale, acknowledgment of having full knowledge thereof, and waiver of the right to invoke one's own purchasing conditions or other conditions.
All data provided and the recorded confirmation shall serve as proof of acceptance of the service. The confirmation shall be equivalent to a signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
IFAC will send an email confirmation of the recorded order.
2.6 - Termination or Cancellation of the Order
Non-professional individual buyers benefit from a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days from the date of the order for exchange or refund without penalty. IFAC may cancel the order if the conditions for workshop completion (availability or insufficient number of participants on the proposed dates) are not met or in case of force majeure.
3. Prices
3.1 - Sale Price
The sale price of the workshop is the price in effect on the day the order is placed. The sale price is a price inclusive of all taxes in Euros, taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. In the case of a promotional price, IFAC commits to applying this price to all orders placed during the period of the promotional advertising.
3.2 - Price Modification
IFAC reserves the right to modify prices at any time. In the event of a price increase after the order, IFAC commits to applying the rates in effect on the day the order was placed.
4. Payment
4.1 - Payment Due Date
The deposit is due at the time of order. The balance will be due on the day of the workshop. Payments will be made by credit card; they will be processed through the 3D Secure system, which uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, so that the transmitted information is encrypted by software and no third party can access it during transmission over the network.
4.2 - Payment Methods
The deposit is payable by credit card online. The remaining balance is payable on-site, on the day of the workshop, by check or cash.
4.3 - Default of Payment
In the event of non-payment, IFAC reserves the right to seek legal payment of the amounts due after formal notice has remained unsuccessful within 6 days.
No payment extension may be granted without the agreement of IFAC.
5. Liability
IFAC, in the online sales process, is only bound by an obligation of means; its liability cannot be engaged for damage resulting from the use of the Internet such as data loss, intrusion, virus, service interruption, or other involuntary difficulties of the provider.
6. Intellectual Property
No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use in any way, even partially, elements of the website, whether software, visual, or audio. Any simple link or hyperlink is strictly prohibited without express written consent from IFAC. All elements of the Fofly.com website are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of IFAC.
7. Personal Data
IFAC reserves the right to collect information about buyers, including through the use of cookies. The automated processing of information, including the management of email addresses of site users, has been declared to the CNIL on July 10, 2014, registered under number 1781063 v 0
Users have a right of access and rectification of their personal data, in accordance with the law of January 6, 1978. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, personal information relating to buyers may be subject to automated processing.
8. Archiving - Proof
The computerized records of IFAC shall be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments, and transactions between the parties.
IFAC will archive registration forms and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a faithful copy in accordance with the provisions of Article 1348 of the French Civil Code.
9. Dispute Resolution
These online terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law.
